I love her face, it speaks to me. And that red auburn hair! Totally electric.
Miriam's flower brooch and flower on her hat are cut from a decorative paper that I glued on. I used a cute flower punch. Love those things, makes life so much easier and saves a bundle of time!!
Painted this gal last night and could not wait to post her.
Hi Suzi...I Love her... She reminds me of the Super Nanny - or Nannies 911.... Nanny Miriam I will call her. Could you send her right over?... I have two boys in mischief that could use some taming. Love her red hair! Thanks for stopping by my blog! I will be sure to add your blog to my stack of blogs to go through while I drink my coffee....and tea is good too! :)

ReplyDeleteWow Suzi, I just love this painting. The eyes say it all. It reminds me so much of a painter in Montreal....the name escapes me, but your facial expressions are so similar. Love it.
